Just learned some cool new tricks. I made the frame, the wallpaper and the hardwood floor out of other images, textures, and some from scratch. So much fun!

    I made a new blank image. Used a damask texture as the wallpaper (from deviantart.com). Added a vignette to the wallpaper. Overlaid some textures (from Florabella see my sidebar —>) Then cut the wood floor out of another photo. Used a frame I got from istock photo. Added a drop shadow. Inserted an image behind it. And voila!

    Wow. Now, that’s a great mix of real photos and graphics. Gives me an idea for a portfolio. :)
