The other day, I posted about how to deal with stolen images. The second half of that reader’s question dealt with client releases and how I go about freely using my own work without worrying about recourse from clients. It’s dead easy. Before I photograph a single person, they fill out their client information form and on the SAME form, at the bottom, is a release. I’ve never once had someone not sign it and I’ve never once had an issue publishing photos when there existed a release.
