But just the fact that people are even asking that of the 7D is pretty far out, dude! I mean…has there ever been a camera that photographers would consider comparing to the… Pin It So finally we have it…the much requested shots comparing the ISO capabilities of the 5DmkII and the 7D. As you can see, the difference is subtle. My conclusion is that the 5D does handle higher ISOs better (surprise surprise) but the 7D also handles surprisingly well. The area to be looking at for the most… Pin It Wow. Saturday’s wedding was impeccable. Utter perfection. So much smiling that my face hurt by the end of the day. And by the end of a day of editing, even more so. Have you ever smiled so much while editing that you needed a jaw massage? All of the shots I wanted to display are…  Just wanted to share a few SOOC images from my experience with my new full frame camera. These were taken in (gasp) JPG (c’mon…those 25mb raw files are a killer) in AV mode f/4. Notice how both the sky and subject are looking pretty grand. Obviously, editing is required and I feel really naked showing…  “Full frame”. Does this saying baffle you? Honestly, it has only just recently made… Pin It Yesterday was my first session using the 5D mk II and these are my observations: I was disappointed because I felt that I wasn’t getting the exposure right and no matter what I did to change it, the image remained either over or under exposed.
